Hobbies
I specialize in machine learning and causal inference and currently work at a startup in San Francisco. I enjoy teaching and have worked with students from high school up to the graduate level to help hone their basic statistics knowledge as well as analytical understanding. It is important to me that students understand the underlying reasoning behind calculations rather than simply memorizing formulas. When I'm not doing statistics, I enjoy music, improv comedy, and volunteer work. I recently completed my EMT training and a cooking course.
