I have been tutoring for 4 years, and have experience with students in the 3rd grade to 12th grade. I am passionate about teaching students because I believe the right tutor can change a student's perspective on a subject they might feel uncomfortable with. I believe in keeping learning challenging but also rewarding, and make sure my students feel confident in their success in school. I have taken higher level biology, chemistry, and english classes in high school and continue to do so in college.

Hobbies

In college, I have worked with a program called Sage Leadership which works to ensure that struggling students in school have a mentor to guide and influence them positively. Through this program, I learned how much I love working with students and the extent to which students benefit from leadership. In my own time, I enjoy traveling and meeting new people! I also love working with animals and enjoy cooking.
