Hello! I've been helping people improve their writing skills — both in a classroom setting and one-on-one — since 2010. I've worked with students on all stages of the writing process, from initial brainstorming to copy editing. My goal as a writing teacher and tutor is to help students express themselves in the most authentic, clear, and engaging way possible. As a writer myself, I understand that working on a piece of writing can be a frustrating, challenging, and vulnerable process. I've been there, and I know what it's like! I've worked one-on-one with students on a wide range of writing projects, from technical documents to high school essays, to pieces of creative writing. I especially love working with students on any kind of personal essay (including college essays and cover letters for jobs).
