Experience
I am in my final year at University of California, Berkeley, where I plan on graduating in the spring with a degree in engineering physics. As a tutor, my philosophy is to ensure that the student has an overall understanding of the subjects, which is achieved by deconstructing difficult concepts and presenting them in a simplified manner.I have a passion for science, which is the driving force behind my decision to tutor. I love giving students a deeper insight into the content. I am a personable teacher, so I work to make my lessons fun and entertaining. I find this approach to be positive, as it removes many of the intimidating stressors in the classroom.I am eager to help students better their understanding of algebra, calculus, differential equations, trigonometry, chemistry, physics, and Spanish. As someone who is a problem solver, I work hard to find a way to help my students succeed.
