Hey there! I am a sophomore at UC Berkeley and I am still thinking about what I want to major in. I just want to plunge into the ocean of all kinds of knowledge! For now I have just been happily taking advantage of Cal's unlimited selection of classes and am just learning about different areas of study. For example I have taken music, Japanese, nutritional science and comparative literature...good stuff!

Experience

I have taught English to first graders in China for a month. During the time I spent about 2 hours planning the class and did lots of research on how to respect students, to make a class work and etc. I have learned that proficiency is important, but even more so is patience and the passion for teaching!
